French Speaking - Customer Solutions Administrator

We now have a vacancy for a French Speaking - Customer Solutions Administrator to join our busy team based in our Maidstone office. The new team member should be fluent in both French and English, other languages would also be an advantage. The successful candidate will be tenacious, have extensive experience of working within Sales Administration, and have exceptional customer relation skills. A good understanding and interest in Home Audio and Networking would be beneficial.



The Role

This role requires a professional individual who can provide dedicated customer and administration support to the European Sales and Service Team. Sales orders are to be processed in line with company procedure and with a focus on excellent customer care.

As the main point of contact for all Sales & Service Administration support for the French and Belgian business, we are looking for an applicant who can assist our commercial retail partners at every interaction point and become a central contact for information on country-specific activity. The person in this role would be expected to stay up to date with new products and features to assist with any enquiries.

The role will include processing orders from retail partners, Country Managers and online transactions along with day to day maintenance of customer accounts. An ability to work with team members to resolve product or service issues with exceptional customer care is also essential.

The successful candidate also will be required to liaise and effectively communicate with various parties to deliver a seamless customer experience throughout every contact point with the company. This would include working with business partners to arrange collections, returns, deliveries, and answer order queries whilst coordinating with Internal and External Warehouses for stock movements and replenishment.

Occasional cover of general office administrative roles will also be required as necessary.



  • Fluent in French and English
  • Computer literate – MS Office / CRM systems
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with a key focus on the customer’s needs
  • A natural flair for communicating and engaging with customers and colleagues with a good telephone manner
  • Team player with a ‘can do’ attitude
  • Enthusiastic and open to new challenges and ideas
  • Able to meet tight deadlines and prioritise workload whilst working in a fast-paced environment – excellent organisational skills are essential
