Terms & Conditions
- Entry to the contest is open to individuals aged 18 and over, except employees of GP Acoustics Group and their immediate family, their agents or anyone professionally connected to the Contest.
- European residents are eligible for this contest, excluding residents of Malta, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland Liechtenstein and San Marino as we are unable to deliver to these regions.
- Only one entry per person is allowed. Any additional entries will be void.
- There will be a total of one (1) first prize competition winner and ten (10) runner-up prize winners.
- First prize consists of one (1) pair of LS60 Wireless HiFi Speakers (value £4,499), one (1) x twelve-month subscription to MUBI (value £95.88) and one (1) Joe & Seph's Movie Night In Popcorn Box (value £20). Total prize value is £4,614.88.
- Each runner-up prize consists of one (1) x twelve-month subscription to MUBI (value £95.88).
- GP Acoustics (UK) Ltd is not liable for any expenses associated with the prizes. Neither GP Acoustics (UK) Ltd nor any other prize suppliers are liable for costs or expenses sustained outside of what is described in the prize.
- GP Acoustics (UK) Ltd accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the contest or accepting the prize.
- The competition will run from 18 February 2025 to 11:59pm GMT 31 March 2025.
- All competition entrants need to complete the entry form on kef.com, answer the competition question in fifty words or less and opt-in to receive KEF newsletters.
- Winners will be chosen by judges at the GP Acoustics (UK) marketing office on 2 April 2025. Entries will be judged based on their originality, passion. and creativity.
- Winners will be notified by email on 7 April 2025 and announced on KEF EU social media channels. All entrants will be emailed on 10 April 2025.
- GP Acoustics (UK) Ltd will attempt to contact winner(s) using the email address provided within 7 days (which may be extended at the sole discretion of the promoter) and given details of how to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond to GP Acoustics (UK) Ltd within 2 days of being notified by GP Acoustics (UK) Ltd., the winner's prize will be forfeited and GP Acoustics (UK) Ltd shall be entitled to select another winner (and that winner will have to respond to the email from GP Acoustics (UK) Ltd within 2 days or else they will also forfeit their prize).
- The winner may be required to take part in promotional activity related to the contest and the winner shall participate in such activity at KEF’s reasonable request. The winner consents to the use by KEF and its related companies, both before and after the closing date of the contest for an unlimited time, of the winner's voice, image, photograph and name for publicity purposes (in any medium, including still photographs and films, and on the internet, including any websites hosted by KEF and its related companies) and in advertising, marketing or promotional material without additional compensation or prior notice and, in entering the contest, all entrants consent to the same.
- KEF reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel this competition at any time, E&OE.
- KEF reserves the right to change any and all terms of this competition without prior notice and reserves the right to make the final decision in the event of any dispute.
- KEF shall use and take care of any personal information in line with its Privacy Policy here.
- GP Acoustics (UK) Ltd shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.
- The contest will be governed by English law.
- If there is any inconsistency between the English and language version (German, French or Dutch) of these Terms & Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
- GP Acoustics (UK) Ltd will retain all intellectual property rights to any submissions.
