We’ve made checkout even easier by introducing Shop Pay as a new payment method, giving you more choice and convenience when you pay.
Here’s how it works:
Step 1: Add your favourite products to your cart and select Shop Pay at checkout.
Step 2: Log in or sign up with your email or mobile number. You’ll be prompted to choose how you want to pay — pay in full today or split your purchase into interest-free instalments.
Step 3: Review your order and confirm your payment. Shop Pay securely processes your purchase, and you’ll receive an order confirmation right away. If you chose instalments, you’ll also receive reminders for each upcoming payment, and you can manage your payments in the Shop Pay app.

- The first payment is usually due at checkout, with remaining payments automatically charged according to your plan.
- No hidden fees when payments are made on time.
- Manage your payments and view upcoming instalments directly in the Shop Pay app.
Important Information:
- Eligibility for instalments depends on your order value, shopping history, and Shop Pay profile.
- Not making a payment on time may affect your ability to use Shop Pay Instalments in the future.
- Debt collection is used only as a last resort.
